jokerofthecardcastle:
Hm, hm, hm. Well, wasn’t this place as boring as ever. He had yet to find a playmate, and most of the time found him wandering with no real destination, or building card castles in side streets where he wouldn’t be disturbed. Today seemed to be mostly filled with the former of the two. People seemed boring here, and little caught his interest unlike the last time.
A frown only temporarily graced his lips when he heard the woman speaking to him. Quickly the expression became a friendly smile as he turned to face her properly. “Hm, It’s not mine♠” He admitted staring at the money. He probably should have lied and told her it was, Despite the fact he was living in a box, he really didn’t think he had any use for money, at least at the moment. Besides, if he really needed cash he could turn to street preforming.
The magician’s gaze settled on the woman, a grin growing as he looked her over. There was definitely something unique about her, not so much in appearance as it was the feeling he got from her. though he wasn’t sure just how strong she was or what power’s she may have had, she was definitely someone worth looking into.
With a flick of his wrist a card appeared in his hand. He gave a deep bow, treating the card as if it were a had he just pulled off his head. “My name’s Hisoka♣” He introduced himself with a calm voice that hid all traces of the excitement that was humming through his veins.
With quieted curiosity, Rukia looked this guy up and down, eyes narrowing slightly as she tried to judge his character. He seemed a bit shady, but… no he was definitely shady, there was no buts to it. At least he was honest about the money, though. She checked the street for any more possible owners of the wad again, but seeing no one that seemed to be freaking out about anything at all, the petite shinigami pocketed the money.
The redheaded man bowed at his waist, a card having appeared in his hand. She glanced at it, unsure of whether or not he wanted her to take it… she didn’t really want it though. What would she do with it anyway?
“My name’s Hisoka♣”
His voice was even and smooth. Still, there was that small something about it that made Rukia wary. She wasn’t sure if it was his snaky looking eyes or smile, but she’d stay on her guard around him, that was for sure.

“Rukia Kuchiki; it’s a pleasure to meet you, Hisoka.” she replied with a small curtsy and smile. “I guess, if the money isn’t yours, I’ll just keep it for now.”
